Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring a Senior Manager, Data Acquisition to lead external data sourcing for mobile identity and phone intelligence on a global scale. You will manage data supplier relationships, govern onboarding, and ensure regulatory alignment while partnering with product, analytics, legal and finance teams.

The role focuses on identifying new data partnerships, driving due diligence, and negotiating terms to support strategic growth and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Risk Management preferred.
• Minimum 9 years related work experience.
• Expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence at a global scale.
• Experience working with mobile network operators, telco carriers, and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of external data sources for phone intelligence and mobile identity solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and data partnerships for growth.
• Build and manage relationships with data suppliers as primary acquisition coordinator.
• Partner with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology to assess opportunities.
• Drive due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding to meet requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist contract development with legal.
• Oversee transition of data assets from evaluation to implementation.
• Monitor supplier performance and governance; manage renewals and decisions.
• Develop business cases and status updates for prioritization and exec decisions.
• Ensure acquisition activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
