LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Acquisition to lead external data sourcing for mobile identity and phone intelligence on a global scale.

You will build partner ecosystems, drive governance, and coordinate with product, analytics, legal, and finance to onboard high-value data assets while ensuring compliance and responsible sourcing across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Risk Management.
• 9+ years of related work experience.
• Expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence at global scale.
• Experience with mobile operators, telco carriers, and partner ecosystems.
• Understanding regulatory requirements across multiple countries and industries.
• Experience negotiating commercial and contractual terms with external partners.
• Experience managing multiple external data and vendor relationships, incl. P&L responsibility.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of external data sources for phone intelligence and mobile identity.
• Identify new market opportunities and data partnerships to strengthen growth.
• Build and manage relationships with data suppliers as the primary acquisition lifecycle coordinator.
• Partner with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology to assess opportunities and advance initiatives.
• Drive supplier due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding to meet requirements.
• Negotiate terms and support contract development with legal and business stakeholders.
• Oversee transition of new data assets from evaluation to implementation and handoff.
• Monitor supplier performance and governance, address renewals and contract decisions.
• Develop business cases and status updates to support prioritization and executive decisions.
• Ensure acquisitions align with policies and regulatory standards.
