The role emphasizes people management, technical oversight, and stakeholder communication, with the aim of delivering reliable data services and accelerating analytics initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Solid understanding of modern data and analytics platforms.
• Experience with data engineering practices and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of systems and DevOps engineers, analysts, and administrators.
• Develop and implement department vision for processes, tools, platforms.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs, drive performance improvements, and report results.
• Mentor staff, plan careers, manage performance evaluations and growth.
• Present value and progress to business units and senior management.
