Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of modern data & analytics platforms, data engineering practices, people management, project management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to identify opportunities, root causes of problems, and devise creative solutions while driving change.
• Proven leadership skills and experience guiding a team to deliver on budget and on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement department vision and strategies regarding processes, tools, technologies, and platforms.
• Champion engagement activities across the organization.
• Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are defined, measured, and met.
• Inspire and guide improvements in process, technology innovation and automation.
• Manage staff including career planning, performance evaluations, growth, and knowledge retention.
• Present the value of the team to the business unit and upper management.
