Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years leading data operations, EDI, integrations, or related functions in software/SaaS/healthcare tech.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and develop talent across expertise areas.
• Strong understanding of EDI, APIs, integrations, data exchange, and platforms to translate between business and tech.
• Ability to lead customer- and partner-facing technical discussions with executive presence.
• Experience developing operational strategies, performance measures, and scalable service models.
• Experience cross-functionally with technical, product, implementation, account management, and partner teams.
• Healthcare tech, supply chain, procure-to-pay, or healthcare data integrations preferred.
• Familiarity with Boomi, MuleSoft, Redox, Mirth Connect, APIs, HL7, EDI, AS2, SFTP, XML, JSON, and web services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data, EDI, and Integration organization with clear priorities and accountability.
• Develop and execute strategy for data, EDI, and integrations aligned to customer needs.
• Provide leadership across technical and customer-facing activities and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish metrics and reporting for data quality, EDI, and integration performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Oversee EDI administration including onboarding, connectivity, monitoring, and support.
• Set standards for reliable, scalable EDI operations across customers and partners.
• Drive data quality processes and timely data delivery to Envi systems and customers.
• Lead integration partnerships and oversee complex or high-risk integrations.
• Coordinate with Vizient and customer IT, vendors, and partners on data priorities.
• Represent Data, EDI, and Integration in strategic planning and risk management.
