Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive strategy, performance, and operations for Data, EDI, and Integration functions. You will ensure reliable data exchange, scalable integrations, and customer value realization while serving as a senior liaison among customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic partnerships, and establish standards for quality and delivery, with travel as needed to support clients and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' relevant experience leading data operations, EDI, integrations, technical services, or related functions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical and operational teams and developing talent.
• Strong understanding of EDI, APIs, system integrations, data exchange, and integration platforms.
• Willingness and ability to travel ~50% to support customers, partners, industry engagement, onsite data initiatives, and strategic priorities.
• Experience representing an organization at industry conferences, trade shows, customer forums, or other external events and converting engagement into insights, partnerships, or opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data, EDI, and Integration organization, setting priorities, performance expectations, accountability, talent development, and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute strategy across Data, EDI, and Integrations, aligning capabilities with customer needs and Vizient objectives.
• Establish reporting and performance measures for data quality, EDI performance, integration delivery, backlog, capacity, and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee onboarding, transaction management, connectivity, monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing support for trading partners.
• Lead Envi Spend Optimizer data and value realization programs, driving data quality, adoption, and measurable value.
• Partner across Vizient, customers, IT, vendors, and tech partners to coordinate priorities and improve end-to-end experience.
