Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Data Manager in Irving, TX to lead a team delivering item master and contract data services, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing within client ERP systems. You will drive process improvements, collaborate across Data Management, Product Management, and Analytics Innovation, and oversee performance to meet service standards.

You will guide hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning while partnering with leadership to support growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• 2+ years leading and managing teams required.
• Experience with ERP systems including Infor Lawson and CloudSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to use performance data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear direction and career development.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, workflows, and team goals.
• Oversee item master and contract data services to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Apply ERP and data domain expertise to optimize workflows and data processes.
• Monitor team performance using KPIs and quality benchmarks to drive improvements.
• Identify, resolve, and elevate risks affecting data quality, pricing, service delivery, or client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address service needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and scalable solutions.
• Support growth via proposal development and client presentations.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in partnership with leadership.
