Job summary

Vizient seeks a Vice President, Data & Digital Account Management to lead a team of Principals and Associate Principals, managing Vizient Data & Digital relationships across hospitals and health systems. You will be accountable for net revenue retention and client satisfaction through renewals and expansions.

As a member of the Data & Digital Commercial Leadership Team, you will partner with Sales, Service Delivery, Product Management, Marketing, Enterprise Account Management and executive

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience required.
• Leadership experience managing client-facing commercial or account management teams.
• Experience managing healthcare provider relationships with C-suite executives.
• Strong strategic planning and business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Data & Digital Account Management professionals responsible for an assigned portfolio of client relationships.
• Drive achievement of net revenue retention goals through renewals, retention strategies, and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client focus while developing talent and future leaders.
• Coach account managers to develop strategic account plans aligning client priorities with Vizient Data & Digital solutions.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities with Sales and Service Delivery leadership.
