Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work related field/discipline is required.
• Ten years of progressively responsible, related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP systems such as Lawson and/or Oracle.
• Ability to lead effectively and influence organizational objectives.
• Ability to communicate with all levels and external vendors.
• Ability to negotiate, plan, organize, analyze and resolve problems.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple sub-teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintains direct knowledge of current and future capabilities across the business and financial applications portfolio.
• Advises IT management and steering committees on direction of systems.
• Develops roadmaps and long‑range plans for applications in the portfolio.
• Provides strategic and operational leadership for lifecycle management of systems.
