QTS Realty Trust is seeking an experienced Facilities/Operations leader in Colorado to manage site teams, oversee operating standards, and guide capital projects and cost controls. The role requires extensive data center operations experience and leadership across departments to maintain compliance and performance.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Sales, COE managers, and local leaders to achieve financial and operational excellence, with a comprehensive total rewards program and bonus

Qualificações

• Ten+ years in data center operations management or related field.
• Five+ years leading cross-organizational teams.
• Experience in critical-facility environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the site team, develop capabilities, and set policies to satisfy customers and meet financial goals.
• Oversee operating standards for cost control, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage expenditures, staffing, and capital projects to meet financial objectives.
• Provide leadership with COE, DCO, FAC, Security to ensure standards.
• Interface with Sales on new customer planning and implementation.
• Drive innovative facilities programs with environmental focus.
