Job summary

Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks a senior product leader to drive Data Centers and AI Factory initiatives, own governance, and serve as the escalation point for the non-transactional systems business.

You will collaborate with Hitachi Energy Marketing and Sales, define system-level roadmaps with Product Management, and advance the portfolio across energy hubs and related technologies while guiding diverse, global teams with an executive communications

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related commercial roles in energy or grid tech.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong grasp of grid technologies, power electronics, and inverter-based resources.
• Fluency in English with executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the core and extended team for Data Centers and AI Factories, governance, and escalation.
• Drive commercial and tendering execution for non-transactional systems, collaborating with BUs and Hitachi Energy Marketing.
• Define system-level roadmaps with Product Management and partner with R&D to advance portfolio.
• Identify partners and opportunities to expand volume, technology, and scope.
