Modivcare is seeking a senior leader to define integration strategies, mentor a multifunctional team, and drive successful delivery of complex integration initiatives. You will collaborate with IT, product, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps and tools with organizational goals.

The role emphasizes project leadership, change management, and continuous improvement across healthcare integration environments. A strong background in APIs, ETL, and middleware is valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Eight (8) plus years experience in software integration, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex integration initiatives.
• Three (3) plus years leadership responsibility with strong team management skills.

Mansioni

• Define integration strategies and manage project execution across the organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, engineers, and analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain an integration roadmap with milestones and resources.
• Oversee selection and implementation of integration tools and platforms.
• Manage all aspects of integration project delivery and risk management.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and mitigate impacts.
• Establish relationships with vendors and external stakeholders to support integration efforts.
