Medline is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead the analytics delivery lifecycle for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement. You will shape data sources, models and productized analytics to scale decisioning, partnering with senior leaders across functions.

The role requires 10+ years in data engineering and analytics with 4+ years leading teams, and deep experience in data platforms, Power BI and governance. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, BI and analytics, including 4+ years leading data teams.
• Experience owning a portfolio or roadmap for a defined business area, from demand intake through reported outcomes.
• Knowledge of modern data platform architectures, ETL/ELT patterns and semantic models.
• Proficiency with Power BI and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Data & Analytics and business leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Own a multi-year analytics roadmap and backlog aligned to enterprise and business unit objectives.
• Lead demand intake, qualification and prioritization; sequence work against available capacity and communicate trade-offs to sponsors.
• Define business cases, expected benefits and success measures for analytics investments, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Partner with Data Governance and Information Security on data quality, stewardship, access management and compliance.
• Drive post-deployment adoption through training, communication and change management.
