Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead the Corporate Functions data and analytics team and drive data-driven decision-making. You will mentor BI managers, data engineers, and analysts, aligning data initiatives with business goals.

You will oversee data collection, governance, and building enterprise data lake foundations, while delivering robust BI dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with 4+ years in data/analytics roles in large/complex environments.
• 2+ years leadership of Data/BI teams.
• Experience modernizing data platforms to Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience directing onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management.
• Experience with Finance, Quality, Compliance, Product Management domains preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, ADLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI Managers, Data Engineers, BI analysts and developers.
• Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of data into Enterprise Data Lake.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business units to identify key metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated with BI tools and technologies and industry trends.
• Manage multiple BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.
