Medline is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics for Supply Chain and Manufacturing to lead the analytics delivery lifecycle across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement. The role shapes data sourcing, modeling, and productization of analytics use cases, setting ingestion requirements and scalable data products.

The position requires strategic and operational leadership with deep technical knowledge to drive adoption, governance, and value realization, while managing onshore and offshore

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
10+ years in data engineering, BI and analytics.
4+ years leading data teams; portfolio/roadmap ownership.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between Data & Analytics and business leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.
Own multi-year analytics roadmap and backlog aligned to objectives; manage demand intake and prioritization.
Define business cases, benefits and success measures; report progress and value realization to senior leadership.
