Job summary

Medline is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead our Corporate Functions Data and Analytics team. You will drive data-driven decision making, oversee data management, governance, and analytics, and partner with business leaders to create robust roadmaps.

The role requires experience migrating legacy platforms to cloud technologies (Azure, Microsoft Fabric), managing onshore and offshore teams, and delivering value through data across Finance, Quality, Compliance, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in data and analytics roles in large/complex environments.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing Data/BI teams.
• Experience migrating legacy on-premise data platforms to modern cloud technologies such as Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience directing both onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI Managers, Data Engineers, BI analysts and developers.
• Manage workload distribution, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects and reports.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Coordinate the work between business partners and onshore/offshore locations.
• Partner with business leaders to create robust roadmaps.
• Oversee collection, integration, and analysis of data into Enterprise Data Lake.
• Manage data foundations, reusable data models, and governed data products.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of data products from design to sunsetting.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Implement and maintain data governance and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business units to identify key metrics and KPIs.
• Enable self-service analytics across the organization.
• Evaluate and implement BI tools and technologies.
