Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics for Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Lead the data analytics lifecycle, shaping data sourcing, modeling, and productization to scale decisioning across operations.

You will partner with executives to drive a multi-year analytics roadmap, manage demand intake, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value. Strong leadership and communication across onshore/offshore teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in data engineering, BI and analytics; 4+ years leading data teams.
• Experience owning a portfolio or roadmap for a defined business area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Data & Analytics and business leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Own a multi-year analytics roadmap and backlog aligned to objectives.
• Lead demand intake, qualification and prioritization; communicate trade-offs to sponsors.
• Define business cases, benefits and success measures for analytics investments.
