Regeneron in Sleepy Hollow, NY is seeking an Executive Director of Data Management, Analytics, and Architecture to lead the strategy for commercial and G&A data capabilities, transforming enterprise data into trusted insights that drive business performance.

You will partner with Digital & Technology leaders to build scalable data architecture, governance standards, and advance AI and analytics across functions, including Finance, HR, and Legal.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field required; MS. PhD or MBA preferred.
• 17+ years of progressive leadership in data management, data architecture, analytics, or BI.
• Deep command of modern data management, analytics, and enterprise architecture capabilities.
• Experience establishing enterprise data governance frameworks and reference architecture standards.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory and risk frameworks relevant to AI and data in regulated industries.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the multi-year data management, analytics, AI, and enterprise data architecture strategy for Commercial and G&A.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data management, analytics, and architecture professionals.
• Deliver trusted data platforms, analytics products, and self-service capabilities for business leaders.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance, stewardship, quality, lifecycle management, and master data standards.
• Modernize and simplify the data ecosystem through scalable cloud platforms, integration strategies, and architecture standards.
• Advance AI, ML, automation, and responsible AI practices with risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through improved data quality, analytics adoption, and efficiency.
• Oversee vendor partnerships, data security, architecture governance, and value realization.
