Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks an Executive Director to lead a unified Data Management & Architecture function within Global Development IT. You will shape data platforms, AI architecture, and governance to enable secure, scalable capabilities.

The role partners with Enterprise Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Information Security to advance enterprise data priorities. You will oversee end-to-end data strategy, architecture standards, and investments, while building a high-impact team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 17+ years in product ownership/management focused on enterprise platforms.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences strongly preferred.
• Track record leading organizational integration or restructuring of technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Own data management and architecture for Global Development IT and drive strategy.
• Lead unified Data Management & Enablement and consolidate data delivery components.
• Define data platform standards and scalable data architectures.
• Partner with Enterprise Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Information Security.
• Build and mentor a large data/architecture team including GCC collaboration.
