Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Executive Director of Data Management & Architecture to lead a unified Data Management and Architecture function within Global Development IT.

You will define the strategy for data platforms, AI architecture, and data governance while ensuring a secure, scalable, and compliant data capability landscape. The role reports to the Executive Director, Global Development IT and collaborates with senior leaders to advance data priorities and enable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 17+ years in product ownership or management roles focusing on enterprise platforms.
• Biotech/pharma or life sciences experience preferred.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own unified Data Management & Enablement function across IT.
• Define data platforms strategy and AI architecture.
• Lead data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance (GxP).
• Partner with Enterprise Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Global Development leadership.
• Build and mentor a global data engineering and analytics team.
