Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related field is required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 17+ years of progressive leadership in data management, analytics, and architecture in regulated environments are expected.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data governance, data modeling, and scalable cloud data platforms is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute multi-year data strategy for Commercial and G&A functions, aligning investments with corporate goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing data management and analytics team to deliver trusted data platforms and self-service capabilities.
• Establish enterprise-wide data governance and standards to improve trust, quality, and interoperability.
• Modernize data ecosystem with cloud platforms, architecture standards, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Advance AI/ML initiatives with risk management and regulatory compliance in mind.
