Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 17+ years of experience in product ownership or management roles, focusing on enterprise platforms and financial-based systems.
• Experience in biotech/pharma or life sciences strongly preferred.
• Proven track record leading organizational integration or restructuring of technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Own data management and architecture for Global Development IT, collaborating with Enterprise Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Information Security.
• Define integration, API, and data exchange patterns between vertical systems and enterprise platforms.
• Lead data platforms and standards, advancing toward a centralized data repository.
• Build and scale a data engineering and analytics team, including GCC collaboration.
