Job summary

Global Payments seeks a strategic Head of Data & AI Architecture to translate data strategy into scalable, governed designs. You will own reference architectures for data platforms, analytics, ML/GenAI, and enterprise security while guiding engineering and delivery teams at scale.

You will lead a platform-first organization, drive modernization, and mentor a high-performing architecture team across global domains, partnering with enterprise and product leadership to realize measurable business

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale Data and AI architecture programs.
• Strong governance, security, and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive target-state Data & AI architecture aligned to business goals.
• Champion platform-centric Data & AI capabilities including self-service data products.
• Lead architecture governance, blueprint design, and standards across domains.
