Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer to shape the data engineering and platform strategy for a global payments leader. You will architect cloud data platforms, drive analytics capabilities, and influence enterprise data strategy across the organization.

You will lead modernization efforts, champion automation, governance, and scalable data solutions while mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud data platform architecture and analytics at scale.
• Deep expertise in GCP, Dataflow, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Composer.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong data modeling for data warehousing and data lakes (Snowflake).
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving governance and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud data architectures to enable enterprise analytics.
• Lead delivery of enterprise data solutions transforming requirements into platforms.
