Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics Engineering to lead enterprise data, AI pipelines, and modern platforms across multiple sites in a hybrid environment. The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, aligning with regulatory requirements, and delivering patient-centered health care insights.

You will mentor engineers, drive data strategy, and partner with business leaders to improve outcomes and efficiency through advanced analytics and AI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master’s degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience leading engineering, analytics, and AI teams in large enterprises

Responsabilidades

• Share ownership of the data foundation focusing on clinical data and outcomes
• Own enterprise data ingress and egress including onboarding new data and interoperability
• Lead migration of legacy systems to modern architectures and evolve related applications
• Own data pipelines and AI applications for document intelligence with reliability and compliance
• Own day-to-day business data operations supporting HEDIS/Stars and Risk Adjustment
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization
• Engage with peers to inspire teams and drive health care improvements
