Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics Engineering to lead teams powering critical data, AI pipelines, and interoperable systems.

You will modernize legacy platforms and drive high-impact data initiatives across the enterprise in a matrixed, regulator-heavy environment. You will mentor leaders, partner with executives, and scale engineering while guiding data strategy for clinical and administrative datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years leading engineering, analytics, and AI teams in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Share ownership of the data foundation focusing on clinical data and outcomes.
• Own enterprise data ingress/egress and enable interoperability with partners.
• Lead migration of legacy systems to modern architectures for care-related platforms.
• Own data pipelines and AI applications ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Support HEDIS/Stars and Risk Adjustment with business/data leaders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering organization with AI tooling.
