Job summary

OncoHealth is seeking a Senior Director of Data Engineering to define and execute the enterprise data strategy, architecture, and delivery roadmap. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, data platform development, or enterprise data architecture; 5+ years leadership.
• Experience building cloud-native data platforms in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data engineering vision aligned with business and product strategy.
• Establish standards, patterns, and best practices for data architecture, data pipelines, data quality, governance, and platform operations.
• Provide technical leadership across Azure, AWS, Databricks, Airflow, Python, SQL, and cloud-native data technologies.
• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing frameworks.
• Build, lead, and mentor a world-class Data Engineering organization.
