Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics Engineering to lead data infrastructure, AI initiatives, and modern data platforms across multiple offices in a hybrid model. You will guide data maturation, governance, and cross-functional delivery to improve health outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with executives to scale analytics capabilities and drive organizational impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading engineering, analytics, and AI teams in large enterprises.
• Experience refactoring legacy data platforms to modern technologies.
• Healthcare data familiarity incl. HIPAA, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Share ownership of the data foundation focusing on clinical data and outcomes.
• Own enterprise data ingress/egress and interoperability.
• Lead migration of legacy systems to modern architectures.
• Own data pipelines and AI applications for document intelligence.
• Support HEDIS/Stars and Risk Adjustment data operations.
• Build and grow a high-performing engineering organization embedding AI tools.
• Engage peers and leadership to drive alignment and value across the company.
