Job summary

Hightouch, a remote-first marketing data activation platform, seeks a senior leader to define and own the data-architecture vision for enterprise customers, from discovery to target-state schemas.

You will design identity matching rules, close data gaps for activation-ready data, profile warehouses with AI agents, and defend success metrics with customers to senior leaders. You remain the named architect after handoff, supporting model changes and new data sources.

• Set the vision for enterprise customers' data architecture from discovery to target-state schemas.
• Design identity matching rules and close data gaps for activation-ready data.
• Profile warehouses, generate data models, and review outputs of AI agents.
• Own the resulting models and performance across teams.
• Define success metrics with customers and defend results to senior leaders.
• Remain the named architect after handoff and support model changes and new data sources.
• Bring gaps and insights back to product teams and build reusable reference architectures.
