Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a hands-on leader to head a team of Strategy Consultants that bridges Hightouch with Fortune 500 customers. You will recruit, develop, and scale a world-class team overseeing onboarding, customer success, and expansion across our agentic CDP platform.

Responsibilities include maintaining technical excellence, driving adoption in large accounts, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to steer the roadmap.

Qualifications

3–5 years of people management experience, preferably leading technical customer-facing teams
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-growing environments
Experience developing talent and creating career growth paths for technical professionals
Strong coaching and mentorship abilities with a focus on technical and soft skill development

Responsibilities

Lead the team of Strategy Consultants and set a high bar for quality
Own sourcing, interviewing, and closing for the team with a repeatable process
Manage portfolio: track status, risk, and next steps for engagements
Build repeatable engagement models, demo narratives, and enablement for scaling
Maintain deep technical knowledge of Hightouch's platform and product
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap
