TRM Labs seeks a leader to build and run its cyber missions practice. You will define outcomes, assemble teams, and own end‑to‑end mission programs for national and local security customers.

You will source high‑value engagements, shape commercial models, and align product, data, and AI roadmaps to mission delivery, reporting to the CEO and helping found TRM’s Mission Delivery organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of meaningful cyber experience with credibility to speak at leading cybersecurity events.
• Personally sourced and scoped complex engagements of roughly $10M or more, with clear outcomes, pricing and staffing details.
• Translate ambitious mission outcomes into staffing, processes, KPIs, and practical launches.
• Demonstrated founder‑like behavior: created teams, programs, or businesses from zero.
• Experience selling to or operating within the U.S. government, with federal contracting familiarity preferred.
• Technical fluency to understand TRM’s tech and collaborate with product, data, and AI teams.
• Exceptional executive communication: brief offerings, craft customer materials, and build trust with operators.
• Low ego; influence without authority and focus on mission over credit.
• AI fluency in research, prototyping, proposals, and customer materials.

Responsabilités

• Develop TRM’s cyber mission perspective and publish leadership viewpoints.
• Source and qualify opportunities; build relationships with buyers and hand to account executives.
• Shape and scope mission programs, defining outcomes, scope, and delivery models.
• Build the commercial structure across fixed-price, T&M, milestone, and hybrid models.
• Launch engagements, assemble teams, set operating rhythms, and define KPIs.
• Scale the practice with repeatable scoping, pricing, staffing, and launches; recruit talent.
