Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Response Advisor focused on cyber resilience for critical infrastructure. You will analyze sectors, surface exposures, and deliver defensible findings to defenders, government partners, and ISACs.

The role requires hands-on analysis, AI-assisted workflows, and collaboration across a distributed team. You will run end-to-end threat collection, map threat activity, and produce finished intelligence while traveling up to 50% within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cyber threat intelligence, incident response, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record turning fragmented data into actionable findings.
• Ability to deliver under RFI-style pressure with quick turnaround.
• Applied AI fluency in analytical workflows with human oversight.
• Direct capability to collect signals from open web, forums, and social sources.
• Experience producing finished intelligence such as actor profiles or exposure notifications.
• Strong OSINT instincts to resolve identities, aliases, and infrastructure.
• Excellent judgment on evidentiary strength and report defensibility.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical partners.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; travel up to 50% within the United States; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end remediation for critical infrastructure sectors with actionable notifications.
• Run cyber threat collection across OSINT, exposure discovery, and threat-actor data.
• Leverage AI to build efficient tools and workflows with rigorous human quality control.
• Map infrastructure, malware families, TTPs, and actor activity to sector operations.
• Triage large indicator sets and turn fragmented signals into defensible findings.
• Produce finished intelligence including actor profiles, campaigns, and infrastructure attributions.
• Act as a senior advisor across multiple active threats and share tradecraft.
• Collaborate with critical-infrastructure entities, government partners, ISACs, and internal teams.
