Mitratech is seeking a leader to helm the AssureHire Customer Success/Account Management team, overseeing 14 account managers in a remote US role. This is a leadership position focused on strategy, retention, and revenue growth within the background screening industry.

You will drive adoption, manage renewals, and partner across Product, Compliance, Operations, and Sales to deliver measurable value for clients while developing the team to operate autonomously.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of combined experience in account management and customer success, specifically within the background check/screening or consumer reporting industry.
• Progressive experience leading customer success or account management teams — genuine people leadership, not just account ownership.
