HiveWatch is seeking a Customer Success Director in El Segundo, CA to own the full post-sale experience across our customer base. You’ll lead a 4–6 person team spanning account management, implementation, CS, and support, while working with product, engineering, and sales to deliver on our promises.

You'll diagnose current post-sale operations, build scalable processes, and drive health, renewal, and growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Formación

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, or post-sale roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Track record building or improving post-sale processes at scale.
• Experience serving both enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Strong cross-functional communicator with product, engineering, and sales.
• Experience evaluating enterprise CS tooling (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero).
• Analytical and data-driven with KPI dashboards and data-enabled decisions.
• Based in or willing to work from El Segundo, CA; travel as needed.

• Define scalable post-sale processes for onboarding, health, renewal, and support.
• Own health and retention of HiveWatch's customer base and drive expansion.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to translate customer needs into actions.
