Job summary

City Hive Inc. seeks a senior leader to build and scale a Customer Success organization in a fast-moving environment. You will shepherd a hybrid of CS managers, technical staff and AI teammates, creating a data-driven culture with strong problem-solving and platform expertise.

You will design training programs, drive adoption of City Hive’s platform, and align incentive structures with client outcomes across varied account sizes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer success organization and scale teams.
• Proficiency in technical problem-solving and data-driven strategies.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and payment integrations (Adyen/Stripe).

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Customer Success team, including CSMs and support staff.
• Develop training programs for technical proficiency and platform usage.
• Foster AI-enabled automation to manage large client portfolios.
• Own metrics and ensure timely client communications and intervention.
