Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead a team of Account Managers overseeing Care Delivery accounts, including health plans, providers, employers and partners. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and renewals, aligning services with client goals to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will build executive relationships, drive retention and growth, and track customer health metrics while standardizing the account playbook.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in healthcare, employer benefits or insurance industries.
Proven track record of working with senior-level executives for client relationship management.
Digital health / virtual care sales or account management experience.
MBA or related advanced degree.

Responsibilities

Drive retention and growth of Care Delivery solutions across health plans, providers, employers and partners by ensuring customers have the right services and governance to achieve results.
Develop and maintain executive relationships with leaders at accounts to align goals and outcomes for Verily and customers.
Track and report metrics related to customer experience, implementation progress, health, retention/renewal/expansion.
Standardize the account playbook, onboarding, training, renewals, QBRs, advocacy, and tailor to customer needs.
Recruit, train and develop account managers to achieve Care Delivery customer success metrics.
