Job summary

Jersey Digs is seeking a Customer MDM Business Lead to own the business side of customer master data management. You will align Commercial strategy with master data requirements, govern data quality, and drive adoption across global and regional teams.

You will partner with Commercial, IT, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal to ensure governance, data usage, and ROI realization, while leading change management and market readiness for MDM deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years industry experience.
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional, global initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, CRM, and MDM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business lead and strategic partner for Customer MDM.
• Translate Commercial strategy, business priorities, and market needs into customer master data requirements.
• Build alignment across global, regional, and market stakeholders to support decision-making, funding, prioritization, and adoption.
• Define and maintain business rules, policies, standards, and decision rights for customer master data.
• Establish data quality expectations, KPIs, and business controls to ensure data is trusted.
• Chair the Customer Data Governance Council and drive decisions and escalation as needed.
• Act as the business process owner for Customer MDM and communicate business value of data quality.
