Job summary

WWE in New Jersey is seeking an MDM Analyst to join the Data Governance team. This hands-on role supports the implementation of the MDM strategy across master data domains such as customers, organizations, partners, and products.

You will profile data, define and manage data quality rules, document metadata, and maintain the Atlan catalog, while coordinating governance workstreams and preparing senior management reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in data, analytical, or administrative support roles.
• Degree in information systems, data, business, analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data structures, metadata, and data lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SQL for analysis and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling and data quality analysis across master data domains.
• Define and document master data requirements, business rules, data quality rules, and validation criteria.
• Identify authoritative data sources and document how master data is created, maintained, distributed, and consumed.
• Track data quality issues through identification, ownership, remediation, and closure.
• Analyze recurring data issues, track trends, and identify root causes and remediation.
• Document MDM details in the data catalog (Atlan) and manage catalog access.
• Provide recurring MDM reporting and present to senior management.
