Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Master & Data Product Owner, located in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. You will lead the data product vision for customer master data, develop a roadmap, and drive adoption across sales and marketing teams.

As data steward and product owner, you will manage data quality, define governance rules, and collaborate with IT to implement master data standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data management, analytics or related roles within pharma or life sciences.
• Proficient in pharma data sources (IQVIA, Veeva, Definitive Healthcare, AHA, AMA).
• Strong analytical toolkit with BI tools and Office suite.
• Project management experience in cross-functional tech projects.
• Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica and Reltio.
• Strong written and verbal communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and roadmap for the data product and measure value.
• Identify new use cases and projects for data products.
• Drive adoption and track outcomes across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and data stewards to ensure data quality and governance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Oversee data acquisition, contracts, and data assets.
