• Experience with hybrid self-serve and sales-assisted GTM motions; SMB buyer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own funnel strategy and messaging across acquisition, activation, and expansion.
• Design and optimize acquisition journeys to drive conversions and multi-product adoption.
• Define lifecycle stages, moments, and triggers to guide customer progression across the funnel.
• Partner with Pricing & Packaging to ensure journey strategy aligns with pricing communication.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue, and PMM teams to prioritize growth opportunities.
