Remitly is seeking a Head of Credit Strategy - Lending to shape lending strategy, manage credit risk, and deliver customer value. You will own underwriting policies across acquisitions and management, and build analytics capabilities including AI/ML-based underwriting and real-time portfolio monitoring.

You will lead a team, define KPIs, model LTV/NPV, establish governance, collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering, and drive risk-aware experimentation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in strategy and analytics driving financial decisions.
• 5+ years leading consumer lending strategies using model-based segmentation.
• 5+ years in portfolio credit risk monitoring and NPV/LTV evaluation.
• 2+ years partnering with Finance on CECL reserve modeling.

Aufgaben

• Define and refine credit underwriting strategies for lending products.
• Lead development of AI/ML-based underwriting models and pricing.
• Set KPIs for risk outcomes, economic returns, and portfolio resilience.
• Architect real-time monitoring for portfolio health and KRIs.
• Drive governance, reporting, and escalation for credit risk.
• Mentor Credit strategy managers and analysts.
