High Scale Ai is seeking a UGC Content Creator for our Los Angeles campus. Join a fast-growing, data-driven team delivering authentic, high-performing content across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts at volume and speed.

You’ll film, adapt voice to each brand, and collaborate with producers to refine tone and pacing. Expect an energetic, creative environment with strong growth opportunities and a culture of relentless innovation.

Qualifications

• Natural on camera with authentic storytelling.
• 1-3 years creating TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts—professionally or independently.
• Understand pacing, trends, hooks, and performance-driven storytelling.
• Able to follow briefs accurately and deliver on time.
• Experience shooting on iPhone/Android and basic editing in CapCut or similar apps.

Responsibilities

• Film short-form content that feels authentic, unscripted, and native to TikTok/Reels.
• Interpret storyboards, bullet-point scripts, and performance frameworks; hit talking points, hooks, CTAs, and product highlights.
• Suggest hooks, trends, formats, and POVs based on what's performing on social.
• Follow deliverable requirements for lighting, framing, audio, and exporting; adapt to environments.
• Meet deadlines in a high-volume content pipeline and quickly turn around retakes and angles.
