Qualifications

• Experience driving measurable business outcomes across the creator & community industry.
• Built or led a product at scale in the creator economy.
• Proven success building multi-platform advocacy programs with measurable ROI and business growth.
• Experience owning a product roadmap.
• Experience managing a scaled influencer program with top-of-funnel impact.
• Deep understanding of attribution, social, and product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full influencer, creator, and community flywheel from strategy to execution and scale it into a measurable growth engine.
• Build and operate partnerships across celebrities, influencers, and creators from deal flow to results, optimizing for CPM and cost-per-new-user.
• Architect an advocate network that drives word-of-mouth growth while keeping Duolingo culturally relevant at scale.
• Design and launch a tiered loyalty and rewards program to turn engaged learners into an owned growth channel.
• Collaborate with product teams to increase in-app shareability and create features that reward organic advocacy.
• Build attribution and measurement infrastructure linking community activity to business outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team executing at startup speed.
