Hinge Health in San Francisco is seeking a Lead Creative Program Manager to architect and run systems powering how the brand shows up across web and key channels. You’ll bridge strategy and execution, balancing hands-on delivery with change management across marketing, creative, content, and development teams, with a focus on AI-driven operations.

• 8+ years in creative operations or program mgmt in marketing/creative environments.
• Experience leading complex web/digital programs end to end.
• Hands-on AI/automation in creative or marketing contexts.
• Strong governance: QA, publishing workflows, docs.
• Ability to design processes across Marketing, Creative, Content, Development.
• Experience managing creative tooling ecosystems.
• Experience managing agencies and budgets.
• Strong data fluency with dashboards and metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt.
