Job summary

HH Global seeks a Creative Systems Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise AI-driven creative pipelines. You will bridge front-end tooling with scalable backend systems, steering multi-agent workflows and governance across global campaigns.

Role focuses on strategic infrastructure, 1P/3P tool integration, and rapid asset production for Direct Response campaigns across markets, while ensuring brand fidelity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior Creative Systems/Architect roles.
• Proven track record with global tech brands or enterprise marketing ecosystems.
• System architecture: microservices, serverless, backend/frontend engineering.
• Generative AI workflows with enterprise LLMs (e.g., Gemini).
• Prompt engineering, prompt library management, multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with Google 1P tools (Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Flow).
• Automation of design suites and creative engines (ExtendScript, Figma API...).
• Understanding of digital ad formats, DCO, DAM/MAM infrastructures.
• Experience building multi-language asset templates for global markets.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and govern enterprise AI/ML pipelines, pairing 1P models with 3P platforms to automate the creative lifecycle.
• Lead multi-agent engineering setups, prompt libraries, and automated content generation workflows for studio-wide adoption.
• Define and oversee enterprise architecture for creative systems, including headless CMS, DCO engines, and DAM/MAM pipelines.
• Connect performance telemetry and media data engines to automated creative workflows for real-time optimization.
• Build high-velocity production pipelines for Direct Response assets across multi-channel ecosystems.
• Interface 1P creative platforms with performance media channels to accelerate asset throughput.
• Define QA specs and automated validation for outputs, maintaining brand safety and compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop tooling (Node/Python scripts, REST/GraphQL) to reduce turnaround times.
