Job summary

HH Global, a global leader in responsible marketing activation services, seeks an experienced operations and production leader. You will guide AI-first creative workflows, ensure brand compliance, and manage multi-market scaling projects for DR campaigns.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, optimise costs, and drive efficiency using platforms like Asana, Workfront, and Smartsheet, while maintaining high-quality standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in creative operations & production management in a client-facing environment.
• Proven expertise in establishing and optimising complex creative workflows across channels.
• Proven expertise in QC and brand compliance.
• Experience integrating automation tools into creative processes.
• Proficiency with PM software (Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first strategy across creative workflows to accelerate asset delivery.
• Establish end-to-end operational processes from brief to delivery.
• Manage project pipelines (intake, prioritization, resourcing, tracking).
• Build production timelines and forecast capacity risks.
• Leverage AI and multi-agent workflows to optimize production.
• QC all output and minimize errors.
• Coordinate onboarding materials and document workflows.
• Allocate internal, vendor, and freelancer resources.
