Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Executive Director of Corporate Websites to lead strategy, operations, and modernization of the firm's corporate web presence. You will manage a cross-functional team delivering content, platform operations, governance, analytics, and digital delivery at scale.

Responsibilities include defining long-term strategy, enabling site reliability, and driving AI-assisted improvements while guiding senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading corporate websites, digital marketing, or enterprise content teams
• Experience with enterprise web platforms and governance frameworks
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions and drive impact

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy for JPMorganChase corporate web presence
• Lead cross-functional team responsible for content production, platform operations, and governance
• Oversee CMS operations, publishing workflows, and release management in partnership with tech teams
• Drive governance models for enterprise web publishing and escalation processes
• Partner with security and platform engineering to ensure site reliability and performance
• Champion accessibility, SEO, site performance, analytics, and brand consistency
• Establish analytics capabilities to measure content effectiveness and delivery outcomes
• Lead transformation initiatives including workflow automation and AI-assisted delivery
