Job summary

3M is seeking a Manager in Corporate Development to lead and influence mergers & acquisitions across the enterprise. You will collaborate with diverse teams and business units worldwide to identify growth opportunities and drive value creation.

The role requires a strong background in corporate development, investment banking, or related project management. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with on-site work at the Maplewood, MN location and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of merger & acquisitions experience within corporate development, investment banking or other project management-related setting.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of mergers & acquisitions across the enterprise with a focus on portfolio management and growth.
• Assist in developing a robust pipeline of acquisition and divestment opportunities.
• Support deal execution including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Collaborate with internal functions and business teams before, during, and after M&A processes.
• Prepare M&A-related presentations for the Board of Directors, Executives, and other leaders.
