Job summary

Rippling is redefining how enterprises run HR, IT, and finance with a unified platform. As Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, you will shape Rippling’s growth strategy and lead high-stakes deal work and investor engagements.

You’ll own the end-to-end process—from market mapping and financial modeling to term sheet negotiation, diligence, and post-close integration—while guiding the IR program and preparing the company for future fundraising and IPO readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate development, investor relations, or corporate finance.
• Experience with private equity is preferred.
• Leadership experience managing deal processes end-to-end.
• Strong financial modeling and negotiating complex agreements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A pipeline from market mapping to signed deal.
• Build financial analyses (DCF, comps, build vs. buy) for strategy.
• Coordinate diligence across product, engineering, legal, finance, HR and customers.
• Draft term sheets, LOIs, and post-close integration plans.
• Coordinate fundraising, secondary liquidity, and IPO IR planning.
• Prepare Board materials and investor presentations.
• Drive investor communications and messaging on AI strategy and growth.
