Job summary
Ripple is seeking a seasoned Corporate Development leader to drive global growth through strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships. The role requires deep financial rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build lasting external relationships inside the blockchain ecosystem.
You will own end-to-end M&A and investment leadership, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and People teams, and source high-impact opportunities from a global network of founders and industry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC, or Corporate Finance.
- Proven proactive deal-sourcing and network-building.
- Track record of managing multiple complex deals end-to-end.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
- Strong financial modeling and data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic market perspectives and communicate implications to leadership.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to qualify opportunities.
- Perform competitive analysis to inform business strategy.
- Lead end-to-end M&A and investment processes with robust business cases.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and People for due diligence and integration.
- Engage with blockchain entrepreneurs and investors to source opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Development to forge strategic alliances.
- Develop internal processes and data-driven backtests for acquisitions.
