Ripple is seeking a seasoned Corporate Development leader to drive global growth through strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships. The role requires deep financial rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build lasting external relationships inside the blockchain ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end M&A and investment leadership, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and People teams, and source high-impact opportunities from a global network of founders and industry

Competenze

• 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven proactive deal-sourcing and network-building.
• Track record of managing multiple complex deals end-to-end.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven analysis.
